Job Description
eForce Solutions is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented individual to join our vibrant team as a Senior Business Development Executive. This full-time, onsite role requires availability for the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in business development, particularly in international markets, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in international markets.
- Manage leads and cultivate effective outbound strategies.
- Maintain the CRM system and track the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.
- Achieve KPIs and actively contribute to revenue objectives.
The salary ranges from PKR 70,00 to 100,00, depending on experience.
