Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager (BPO) to oversee and expand our business process outsourcing division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and fostering client relationships within the BPO industry.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Leading a team of business development professionals to achieve targets.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the BPO sector.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
