Job Description
JS Bank is currently looking for a Senior Business Development & Relationship Manager to join their team. The role involves International Business Development and Correspondent Relationship management. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, identifying HNW clients, promoting liability products, understanding client needs, and ensuring compliance and service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies for new and existing clients, targeting specific segments for growth.
- Identify High Net Worth (HNW) clients to expand the bank’s overseas deposit base.
- Promote and sell liability products such as savings accounts and term deposits for the overseas business.
- Understand client financial needs, recommending suitable banking products, including trade and international investments.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products and services.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-10 years of banking experience, including 5 years dealing with HNW clients.
- Knowledge of retail banking and trade products.
- Target-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- General understanding of the global financial sector.
