Role Description
This full-time role at Lube House – Total Parco Pakistan involves leading the sales team, managing key industrial clients, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have 6-7 years of field applications experience, with proven sales strategy development and implementation capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong industrial sales and business development experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of lubricant products and industrial supplies
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
