Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences for existing and new customers in Karachi. Sales audience targets include globally and North American regions with an evening shift from 06:00 pm to 02:00 am.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise call center staff for quality service and meeting KPIs.
- Focus on ROI generation and achieving sales targets.
- Enhance department productivity through strategic allocation and tech use.
- Analyze call center data, costs, and service ratings.
- Collaborate with management on daily operational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2 years of call center leadership.
- Sales experience in various industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
