Job Description
Farmers Development Organization seeks a Senior Civil Engineer based in Multan for a 7-month contract (Dec 2025–Jun 2026). Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead design and technical supervision of gray and green Sponge City interventions (constructed wetlands, recharge wells, drainage), prepare BOQs, technical drawings and supervision checklists, conduct site assessments and QA, coordinate tendering and contractor supervision, and ensure compliance with national engineering and environmental standards. Required: BSc or MSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering (PEC registration preferred), minimum 5 years’ relevant WASH or urban infrastructure experience, strong AutoCAD skills, field supervision experience, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
