Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Claims Specialist located in Karachi. The Senior Claims Specialist will be responsible for handling claims management, ensuring timely and efficient claims handling, maintaining communication with clients, performing analytical tasks, and working collaboratively with other teams.
Qualifications
- Claims handling and management experience within the insurance industry
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in the investigation and evaluating coverage of claim submissions
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Claims (AIC) are a plus
