Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Client Services Manager role based in Karachi. The Senior Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, analyzing client feedback and data to develop insights, and communicating with internal teams to ensure client success. The Senior Client Services Manager will also provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop insights
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant experience in Client Services, Account Management, or related fields
- Experience in the Public Relations or Advertising industry preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
