Job Description
Prime BPO is actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Closer for our Med Alert campaign. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in closing deals and delivering exceptional client service.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales closing and client service.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and diligent.
- Adept at handling sales and escalation calls.
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Target-driven with effective rebuttal techniques.
- Experience in customer management.
- Must be at least 22 years old and hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
