Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Manager Compliance are as under:
COMPLIANCE
- In-depth understanding of all applicable laws including Companies Act, 2017, Non-Banking Finance Company Regulations, SECP Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Income tax, and sales tax laws.
- Preparation of Compliance program at an entity level, update compliance program whenever there are any changes in the applicable rules and regulation.
- Conducting regular compliance testing and reporting non-compliances to senior management.
- Conducting trainings on SECP AML Regulations and drafting meeting minutes.
- Filing statutory forms and liaising with regulatory authorities for compliance status.
- Reporting to regulatory authorities on AML/CFT compliance quarterly and annually.
Required Working Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in Compliance functions at a Managerial level in NBFC/Banking Industry.
Required Education: MBA.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2017, SECP AML Regulations, Non-Banking Financial Institution Regulations, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
