Job Description
The candidate should have experience in overseeing the planning and delivery of construction projects. They must create a plan, consider timelines, evaluate risks, manage logistics, delegate work, and track spending.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and coordinate development projects, oversee project management teams.
- Implement scope of work for construction projects, ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Possess exceptional presentation, business understanding, and workload management skills.
- Prepare departmental policies, handle ad-hoc project duties, and utilize PR effectively.
- Present project progress reports, monitor project sites, and manage site teams.
Qualification and Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated project delivery ability with strong communication skills.
- 15 years’ experience in planning and leading multi-story projects.
