Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Coordinator/Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks and providing support to the management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Senior Coordinator/Admin.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
