Role Description: This is a part-time hybrid role as a Senior Corporate Trainer at Tracer World Pvt Ltd. The Senior Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. Some flexibility for remote work is available.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
- Experience in corporate training or adult education
- Relevant certifications in training and development
