Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Sales & Service Agent to join our team in Islamabad. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product and service information promptly and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process sales transactions and ensure accuracy of order details.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
