Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Representative located in Karachi Division. The Senior Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and resolve complaints or order issues. They will work closely with other cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Proven work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a senior or management position
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting and strong communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
