Job Description:

As a Senior Dispatcher at AOT Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck dispatch campaign. You will ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of our fleet, maintain excellent communication with drivers and clients, and resolve any issues that arise during transit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dispatch operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch of trucks, ensuring optimal routing and load assignments.
• Monitor and track the status of dispatched trucks, providing real-time updates to clients and management.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, address concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational issues promptly, including delays, breakdowns, and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and improve dispatch processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including dispatch logs, driver schedules, and delivery reports.
• Provide training and support to junior dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in dispatching within the transportation/logistics industry.
