Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk activities related to education & training by providing comprehensive student support.
  • Facilitate the distribution of ICAP publications and the issuance of fee receipts, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Effectively communicate and assist students, members, registered tutors, and training organizations while addressing their inquiries.
  • The role requires maintaining a high standard of handling general queries and providing necessary support to all associated parties.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Education, Experience & Skills:

  • The ideal candidate must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from HEC recognized University with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in handling facilitation and education related matters.
  • The candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines
  • Must possess good communication, interpersonal and management skills to accomplish the responsibilities of this role.
