Job Description
- Repair and maintain, with support documentation, biomedical equipment, reuse equipment, and ancillary medical equipment.
- Evaluate new equipment, parts, and accessories.
- Develop SOP for newly inducted biomedical equipment.
- Evaluate safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
- Conduct equipment training for medical staff when required.
- Perform electrical safety assurance and performance testing on all biomedical equipment.
- Inspect equipment settings to ensure safety standards compliance.
- Conduct monthly PPM and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly work status reports.
- Ability to lead the biomedical department in the absence of Team lead.
- Schedule training programs for newly joined biomedical engineering staff.
