Job Description
HRSG is hiring for one of its FMCG in Karachi.
Budget: 120,00 – 150,00
Experience: 4-5 years with minimum 1 year in a senior position
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills Needed:
- Proven HR business partnering experience, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Job Specific Requirements: (Mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
