Job Description
· Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing or any other technical subject
· Car Sales experience of min 3 years
· Financial knowledge about auto loans/leasing, insurance
· Strong communication, people and customer service skills
· Documentation skills, scheduling, and computer proficiency
Responsibilities:
· Study and understand the characteristics, features, and performance of the vehicle lineup and competitor brands/models.
· Demonstrate vehicle models, conduct test drives, and explain warranties to customers.
· Close sales by overcoming objections, explaining provisions, and collecting payments.
· Build relationships with corporate clients, market to them, and follow up on leads.
· Develop customer loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to sales data reporting.
