Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for HR and administration? Do you have 2+ years of experience and enjoy handling both HR and document management tasks? If yes, IT Verticals invites you to join our team in Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment: posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle HR documentation, including creating and maintaining employee records.
- Prepare and verify payroll and attendance reports.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Organize and manage social events such as employee birthdays and company dinners.
- Support performance evaluations, appraisals, and benefits administration.
- Oversee office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency.
Job Details:
- 📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan
- 🕘 Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with 2 working Saturdays per month)
- 🎓 Education: BBA/Bachelor’s in HR/Administration
- 📅 Experience: 2+ years
