Job Description
Medcare MSO Global, the 3rd largest USA-based medical billing and RCM organization in Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Mmalam, Lahore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, recruiting top talent, and liaising with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening calls, collaborating with universities, and staying updated on industry trends. Requirements: Bachelors’ degree in HR, 2-3 years of Technical Recruiter experience, tech industry background, and excellent communication skills.
