Job Description
We’re looking for a Finance Executive (Receivables) in Karachi with strong attention to detail to join our finance team at SQUATWOLF. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate handling of receivables and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management:
Handle end-to-end receivable processes, including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation. Follow up on outstanding receivables and overdue accounts.
Invoicing and Billing:
Issue precise invoices to clients, verify billing data, and address discrepancies.
Collections:
Collaborate with teams and clients to resolve payment issues.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
Ensure ledger accuracy, reconcile accounts, and provide regular reports on receivables.
