Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing direction and support for day-to-day financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to drive the company’s financial growth and stability.
- Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risks, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
