Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fleet Manager at Secure Logistics Group. The Senior Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, managing fleet assets, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and implementing efficient fleet management practices. The role involves working closely with the operations management team to maximize fleet performance and optimize resources.
- Fleet Operations and Fleet Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
- Experience in operations management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
