Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff to perform allocated roles.
- Manage inventory.
- Timely filling of allocated workspace by members.
- Intimate HO about vacant workstations and identification of new members in liaison with HO.
- Supervision of junior floor managers and support staff.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Ensuring the venue is clean and well-maintained, and that all safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Close monitoring of sublet facility operations.
- Keep a daily shift log of incidents, absences, tardiness, accidents, complaint, etc.
- Ensure staff rotation as per the approved duty roster.
- Allocation of the meeting room as per request received.
- Collection of the monthly membership fee, board room fee and its submission in bank account.
- Issuance of rent/membership fee.
- Proper record keeping for audit purpose.
- Handling member’s complaints and finding effective resolutions.
- Assist members with any queries or requests.
- Ability to provide IT support to members to the extent of internet connectivity, connectivity with scanner and printer, and troubleshooting of multimedia installed in the meeting room.
- Managing zoom sessions.
