Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Senior Analyst – Fraud Detection is responsible for all Fraud related functions within the Fraud Risk management Unit. Requires expertise in 1Link, Visa, Mastercard, and FraudGuard systems operating 24/7 for continuous surveillance and response to fraud incidents.

- Transaction Monitoring and Fraud Detection:
- Customer Interaction and Card Management:
- Reporting, Documentation, and Compliance:
Additional Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skillset, and Experience Required:
- In-depth knowledge of fraud detection systems, regulatory requirements.
- Skills in communication, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Experience of 2-3 years in fraud detection in a 24/7 environment.
