Job Description
Niagara Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. is currently seeking a committed and professional Senior Front Desk Officer to oversee our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will deliver prompt and courteous service to guests, as well as supervise and train front desk staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Your key responsibilities will involve managing room assignments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and have relevant experience in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time role that requires in-person attendance.
