Job Description
Engineering or Management Graduate (16 years of education) with 17 years of post-qualification experience including 5 years’ experience in senior management / leadership role. Experience in Oil and Gas / Public Sector preferred. Must have expertise in asset-based oil and gas procurement, inventory management, and digitalization of processes. Candidate age limit: 57 years.
Job Summary:
The role involves overseeing all Procurement and Inventory Management activities, ensuring compliance with laws and rules. Responsibilities include revamping functions, developing key performance indicators, managing supplier relationships, and providing expert advice on procurement practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement & Inventory Management activities in compliance with laws and rules.
- Revamp functions for sustainable supply chain and reduced costs.
- Define and manage supplier relationships for superior performance.
- Develop key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
- Provide guidance on leading procurement practices.
- Ensure succession planning and promote continuous learning culture.
