We are currently seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance and support to managers in employee development and productivity
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
