As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance and support to managers in employee development and productivity
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
