Job Description
Hiring Solutions is in search of a committed Senior HR Operational Manager to manage payroll processing and employee records. The successful candidate will possess over 7 years of specialized experience in HR Operations, particularly in payroll administration, file management, and exit procedures.
Among the key responsibilities are ensuring accurate payroll processing, supervising personnel files, and directing exit management, which includes documentation and settlement arrangements.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, a strong understanding of HRMS and labor regulations, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.

Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00/month
