Job Description
Hiring Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of technical role requirements and actively engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting initial interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to effectively manage applicant data.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
