Role Description:
Seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for on-site full-time position. Responsible for HR functions, including recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training. Ensure legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in HR management
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sports manufacturing industry a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Master’s preferred
- Located in or willing to relocate to Sialkot
