Job Description
Kausar Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Peshawar and part of the innovative HiTech Machinery group, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager as we expand our operations in the plastic manufacturing sector. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is committed to quality and operational excellence.
Responsibilities: You will collaborate with factory leadership to drive cultural transformation, oversee onboarding processes, address employee grievances, implement performance appraisals, and foster a safe workplace culture.
Requirements: A Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 10 to 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
