Job Description
The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for supervising the maintenance and resolving all complaints related to HVAC equipment including Chillers, FCUs, AHUs, Cooling Towers, Chilled water pumps and Split Air Conditioners.
- Perform all preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all HVAC equipment as scheduled.
- Repair and maintain all refrigerators, FCUs, Chillers, AHUs, Water Coolers, Water Dispensers and Dehumidifiers.
- Training junior technicians to do their work efficiently.
- Note readings of Chillers & AHUs in log sheets.
- Ensure Cooling towers, motors, water pumps and its seals are properly maintained.
- Servicing of all types of installed valves.
- Adjusting the required temperatures in critical areas.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC & AC equipment.
- Able to work in rotational shifts.
