Job Description
The Senior Client Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new clients. This role involves managing a task of onboarding and ensuring that the onboarding process is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of each client. The Senior Implementation Specialist will also work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that the onboarding process is aligned with company goals and objectives.
Shift: Night Shift
Location: 5T, 5th Avenue Plaza, Block T Gulberg 2, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and meets the needs of each client.
- Work closely with other departments within the organization, such as sales and customer success, to ensure that the onboarding process is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to ensure that their needs are being met throughout the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry and our clients’ unique challenges and opportunities.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor onboarding metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all onboarding activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare billing is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with CRM and project management tools.
