Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate import/export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
· Preparing arrival information of vessel
· Handling day to day issues with principals as per customer request
· Follow up load list from POL to send arrival notice
· Reconcile discharge volumes for manifestation
· Monitor and follow up inbound manifest

· Prepare and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software like Climax and Apollo
- Knowledge of import regulations and procedures
