- Identify candidates with experience in various IT fields

- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of technical recruiting experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
