Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s IT infrastructure.
As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and executing infrastructure strategies, and ensuring that our infrastructure meets the business needs and aligns with industry best practices.
You will be required to assess the current infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and develop and execute plans to optimize our systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the overall stability and security of our infrastructure.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, storage systems, and cloud technologies
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
