Har Aik Global Associates LLP is a professional services firm based in Pakistan, serving companies and professional services firms globally. We are currently seeking experienced Senior Associates with 3 to 6 years of audit experience.

This is a unique opportunity to work with international partners and managers, gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate should be proactive and possess excellent communication skills.

Prerequisites:

1. ACCA or CA qualified or part qualified, preferably with experience at a top 10 audit firm.
2. Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and practical knowledge of IFRS 17 (a plus).
3. Experience and knowledge of insurance company operations, including premiums, claims, and reinsurance cycles.
4. Familiarity with auditing procedures related to insurance service revenue, expense, and contract assets/liabilities.
5. Proficiency in using electronic audit documentation tools (e.g., Caseware, Aura, APT).
6. Prior Middle East experience is advantageous.
7. Ability to independently perform end-to-end fieldwork, including the preparation of financial statements based on IFRS and relevant reports.
8. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
10. Self-starter with a strong drive to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision or training.

Salary: Up to 160k SAR

Traveling: May require traveling to KSA for secondment
