Achha Foods is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Executive to oversee our IT infrastructure, provide support for software and ERP systems, and ensure robust cybersecurity compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software solutions.
- Monitoring and resolving network issues promptly.
- Offering technical support for dairy industry-specific software.
- Managing databases and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Conducting employee training sessions.
- Implementing and upholding cybersecurity protocols.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT support within an FMCG setting is essential.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
