Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented HR Manager and Senior Technical IT Recruiter to manage our HR Department and lead a team of IT Technical Recruiters.
Key responsibilities include creating a pool of potential candidates, sourcing candidates across various platforms, performing pre-screening calls, and conducting structured interviews with technical assessments.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, technical expertise for IT roles, and excellent communication skills. A personal laptop and recruitment database are required. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
