Job Description

We provide Video Content Management systems to Fortune 500 companies globally, empowering customers with Live & On-Demand Video Streaming, multimedia content storage, and Video/Audio Analysis with Machine Learning.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong Windows OS fundamentals
- Install and configure computer hardware/software
- Address user tickets on hardware, software, and networking
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Configure network switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless access point
Skills Required
- Experience with Office 365 & MS Azure Active Directory
- Firewall management
- Endpoint security administration
- WAN setup management, ISP/Vendor coordination
- Network switches configuration, connectivity troubleshooting
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 8 years’ Network & Security experience in Microsoft environment
- Experience in IT security policy implementation is a plus
