Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Senior IT Support Specialist with expertise in network management, Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and IT helpdesk operations. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our technology infrastructure and providing top-notch support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a secure network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Monitor network performance and make improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support and strong knowledge in Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and IT helpdesk operations.
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and helpdesk best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
