Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel specializing in litigation to join our dynamic legal team.
As a Senior Legal Counsel – Litigation, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal matters related to litigation cases. Your main role will be to provide strategic legal advice, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent the company in court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise litigation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Develop case strategies and provide recommendations
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Represent the company in court proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department
