Job Description

The Rafi Group Land Development is looking for a skilled and dedicated Senior Manager for Administration & Management Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing security operations at Board of Directors residences and corporate offices, and conducting regular staff performance evaluations.

This position requires expertise in media monitoring, operational budget management, asset management, and coordinating corporate customer events. The Senior Manager will also be tasked with building strong relationships with government entities to secure regulatory approvals and promoting sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Location: Head Office, Lahore

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration with 10-12 years of senior leadership experience in administration and security operations.
