Job Description
The objective of this position is to lead the enterprise-wide business process reengineering initiatives. Responsible for identifying and analyzing inefficiencies, designing optimized solutions, and driving measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and analysis of current business processes.
- Lead workshops to generate innovative solutions.
- Utilize process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
- Design and implement optimized solutions, including automation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and develop change management strategies.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience in business process reengineering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
