Job Description

Ensure that fundraising is carried out in line with TCF’s values, mission, vision, and objectives. Solicit, cultivate, and retain donors. Build relationships and provide amicable service to existing donors. Focus on closing multi-year commitments from organizations and high net worth individuals. Meet or exceed development goals. Convincingly articulate TCF programs to a group of people. Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to improve outcomes. Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
