Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager Corporate Learning to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Manager Corporate Learning, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative learning and development strategies to drive the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate a wide range of training programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to training and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective learning solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
