Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager – M.E.P at Square One Mall located in Karachi. Responsibilities include overseeing the operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, leading a team of technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and managing facility premises.
Requirements:
- Having over 10 years of MEP management experience in Malls, buildings, hotels, towers, factories, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proven track record in facility management and team leadership
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from a reputable University recognized by HEC.
- Must have a valid PEC license.
